Omg the j chicken tacos ?! Not a big place or fancy in any way, just an older man making sandwiches and these fantastic j tacos. It's the sauce on them he makes! I want more

Delicious homemade fresh cooked food. Very flavorful. We got the cheeseburger and j tacos. We stumbled in accidentally but was not disappointed. The gentleman that worked there was very polite and rightfully proud of his kitchen craft. I would recommend anyone to stop in and try a bite at this locally owned and operated shop. We will be back!

I live in Crete and just tried the Crete Sandwich Shop for the first time today. WHY DID IT TAKE ME SO LONG TO TRY THIS PLACE!I tried the j chicken tacos (2 for $5 on Friday is such a deal).Let me tell you, they were some of the best tacos I've ever had, and hands down the best j chicken. So. Good.I'm coming back every Friday for these tacos and I can't wait to try everything else on the menu.Do NOT sleep on this place, they're a Crete gem.
