Very expensive told 25 minutes and had to wait over a hour

2 hrs for delivery. Food was cold and gross . Usually order from bennys or suglias. Figured i would try this place. I will never order from here again.

Ordered online for delivery...that part was fine. I was charged for fresh mozzarella but received shredded mozzarella...I asked for balsamic dressing and got French...but the itemized receipt say balsamic...for the price and up charge for everything, I would like to think they can get it right. Wow. My food was gross! Gummy pasta that was disintegrating right before my eyes, tasted like I was eating wet flour. Just very disappointed

Lobster bisque was good. Pizza was undercooked and soggy. Staff made no effort to fix it. Had to call back to get manager. Owner was very rude and tried to fault us for the pizza being soggy to the point of it being inedible. Refused to resolve issue and hung up on us after cursing at us. Will never buy from here again.

If I could give 0 stars. I would. Received my pizza and it was insanely soggy. I called to remedy it, and was told that if I didn 't want it soggy, with 5 toppings, that I should order it well done. I explained that the soggy pizza was unacceptable and not just a little soggy, to which I got a oh I am sorry, have a good day and they hung up. I called back to talk to the owner where he insisted my pizza being soggy was my own fault because I ordered too many toppings. I have a family member who managed an Italian kitchen and made pizzas. When I told her my toppings and sent her a video of the pizza she was astounded that they served it. The five toppings were : garlic, onion, mushroom, sausage and anchovies. The call ended with no resolve, only the owner cursing at me and hanging up on me. I was doing my best to be polite but I was mad, and rightfully so. Their lobster bisque is very good. But otherwise they are terrible. Do not lose your money here, they will not refund you. He did offer to remake it, but didn 't make good on the promise, instead just hanging up before we resolved.
