Bidra med feedbackOrdered the soup of the day which was Italian sausage, the Renegades burger and a blt both with fries. my husband loved the soup, the Blt was perfectly cooked bacon and toasted and my burger was amazing! Also the fries, never had any like them ! Look forward to eating with yall again. Not to mention, take out for 4 was decently priced.
Folks, pay attention to the bad reviews. They all sound just like our experience! 35 minutes after being seated, the waitress decided to take the food drink orders at once. So that made it take much longer just to get a glass of water. We had to get our water out of the car just so I could take meds. We clocked it, It took 48 minutes to get our water (Now I realize we should have left after 20). Someone got the OUTLAW ONION appetizer. The waitress said the bowl was hot but not in time. Someone tried to move it burned himself (it wasn 't on another cooler plate like it should have been) spilled his beer drink. The waitress brought a towel to clean up the spills but left behind a bunch of liquid we had nothing to dry the table. No replacement drinks were offered. It took a full 80 minutes to get our food. It was a holiday, so i understand the food taking a while, but the water? No excuse! There were also no apologies from our waitress. She knew she was getting her automatic 20% tip since we were a group of 10. So now we finally have food, but no silverware, which we had to ask for. One person from our group was handed a bunch of wet forks (i guess be glad they were clean) to be distributed by ourselves. The food, which i no longer felt like eating because it was baking hot inside, was bland overcooked. Literally every dish was a disaster! I got blackened CHICKEN ALFREDO. There is no way that chicken was blackened. I had to salt pepper my food 3 times to try to liven it up. The GROUPER was rubbery (sent back), the CRAB CAKES weren 't fit for eating (literally took 1 bite), the TURKEY WRAP was gross, the WINGS tasted like they were thawed out bbq dumped on top, the SHRIMP was overcooked (same as last visit a month ago), the STEAK was sent back (had zero seasoning), the MARGARITA was only the mix zero alcohol could be detected. Our friends took what wasn 't sent back to thier chickens. Poor chickens i say! For our family of 3, we spent $70 (with no alcoholic drinks, 2 free waters, 1 soda)! Boy were we suckers. Our table paid over $250 for what we all literally said was the WORST DINING OUT EXPERIENCE EVER! Still no apologies from the waitress, she seemed like she couldn 't care less. I asked for the manager on our way out. Even though she was nice finally there was an apology, i was told there was nothing she could do because we didn 't get her before. Well, that 's not true, we were still there, she could have done something if she wanted to, for sure. She said she hoped we would try again when it wasn 't a holiday. Hmmm. Why be open charge so much money if you don 't have good service or food on a holiday? The thing is, this isn 't the 1st time we 've had bad service food there, but we try to give another chance. But we will not be making the Renegades mistake again, i promise you that.
I understand going out to eat with nine other people, is going to take more time. But it went like this. We arrived approximately 12:30 on A Sunday afternoon. It took a few minutes for us to be seated. That's how it goes. From there it was downhill. We waited almost 30 minutes for our waitress, Cheyenne, to show up, I had to ask for her twice to the mater d. I was told that she was working with another table of 10 and it will be soon. At that point we should have left. She didn't bring any water or silverware, nothing. After another 15 minutes I went back to the meter d, she said they're, they, the other table is getting their tickets. It shouldn't be too long now. Since three of the people were there for the first time, it was decided to wait.. we had now been seated for an hour and 7 minutes. When she came to get our order. Two of the tables around us, yes they were smaller groups of four and six, had been seated, their food had been delivered and they were waiting for their tickets, while we sat. When Cheyenne did come back, we had to ask for a refill of our drinks, her response was to bring us a picture of ice water, set it on the edge of the table and walk away. Even some of the others who are drinking beer, could not get her attention to get refills. So by the time we got our food, it was still warm, we had been sitting for an hour and 23 minutes. Finally I had to go ask them mater d to find her, so we could get our tickets to get out of there. I'd have to say, this is probably the first time in 40 years that I have not given the waiter or waitress a tip. Her service was terrible, her attitude could really use somehelp. Does she understand what customer service is? I don't think any of our group will go back.!! And if you read any of my other reviews you will see this is the worst one I've written about a restaurant and waitress.
Very clean, service at restaurant and tiki was A+. Pool was super nice and the views of the river was breath taken.
Great place to stay. Clean, good food, RV park, cabins, ect. The staff are friendly, a must place to see.
