Mcdonald's - Crescent City

Some women who work here are pretty snooty... which is weird, since they work at McDonald 's, I would love to just play humble by Kendrick Lamar on full blast instead of ordering bur I don 't have the time for that... so mc donalds workers; if you feel you fit this description... sit down... and listen to Kendrick Lamars humble .

A bust. Signage and site said open at 5. Showed up at 6 in drive through. Was greeted by a recording. Then no one appeared to take our order. Waited 5 min and drove around again. A staff member even walked by our truck. Tried to go in lobby only for the door to be locked, but everything else looked open. Staff just stared.

We waited at the pickup for 30 minutes. And then they said our order was delivered when it wasn’t. Took us going in and asking them. And they said they will start our order in a minute and to wait in the car. Took 5-10 to get it and we then didn’t get straws to sauces we wanted.

Don't go here, it's a frustrating experience. You have to ask the busy understaffed employees to unlock the restrooms. All ordering by kiosk now. More than an hour wait for my order, and then they forget utensiles...have to ask for utensils because they hide everything except straws behind the counter. Atmosphere like some cold dystopia.

Worst McDonald’s ever! Do not waste your time here, slowest service workers that don’t do anything. Very frustrating when you’re in town to see the redwoods and you waste so much time at McDonald’s. Unbelievable!
