The Mac Mine - Creede

This is a State Fair Style Food Trailer. You have an interesting menu. We tried the chili dogs. Very good. Homemade Chili was good.

The fried cakes in the Mac Mine are worth the trek to Creede. I forgot the owner's name, but she made sure to pull a fresh one out of the frit for me. Warm fruity gooeyness. You won't regret it.

Chose this place b/c of pups travel with us-what a great find! Great food, super friendly owner and she had cookies for the dogs. Mac n cheese, Cheeseburger slider, note and pommes later, all GOOD.

Many pictures here are not the Mac Mine. This is an outdoor seating restaurant. Chuck Arning has the right picture. A blue building. Sliders are as fantastic as the Mac and the Cheese. Great place to get fast food at a reasonable price.

We enjoyed the fried pies for breakfast and then went back for lunch for the chicken fried steak and catfish. Great service, great food, cool atmosphere and friendly people. Highly recommend!
