Kokoro - Crawley

Today we had lunch at this restaurant and ordered rice, sweet chilli chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. Unfortunately, we both ended up feeling ill. The chicken was not fresh and extremely chewy. We will not be returning to this restaurant again.

So yum don’t understand the bad reviews. man who served me was a nice guy. chicken katsu was delicious and the portion sizes are really big

It was supposed to be a vegetarian food but all tasted like fish. Tofu and veg noodles, even spring rolls had that weird fishy flavour. It was also too spicy, which would be fine if not for the horrible fishy taste

Never failed to serve a delicious food.. dine in and take away service can be described superb. Neptune shows excellent customer service. Service is fast and efficient. Only thing is I hope they refurb the branch to be more cozy I think it will be a game changer .

The order was incomplete when it was delivered. I tried to resolve the issue with the restaurant over the phone, but they kept promising replacement orders that never arrived. Sometimes my calls were not answered, and at one point a lady even tried to convince me that she didn't speak English and that I had the wrong number. These are very valid and honest reasons to avoid this restaurant. Stay away!
