M's Spice - Craven

The Indian food at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The flavors were spot on and the prices were great. We ordered takeout and everything was perfect. They also offer vegan and vegetarian options.

The Jalfrezi was very bland, with just sauce and chicken and no peppers, onions, etc. I cannot recommend it.

I ordered a £25.00 meal (definitely not the most affordable option) and then received a call stating they wanted an additional £7.00 for delivery! What a joke! They advertise on the Just Eat app that delivery is free for orders over £20.00!! I decided to cancel my order and will not be ordering from them again in the future. I am still waiting for a refund as they already processed the payment. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I was intrigued by the previous negative reviews and interested to see if M's was anywhere like others have claimed. I couldn't find anything that came even remotely close to M's negative reviewers have wanted us to believe. The service was excellent, the staff helped me choose a really delicious dish which I devoured. I would have liked some other diners in to help create more atmosphere but apart from that, it was superb

Worst customer service £24 for a wrap and drink. Restaurant called to say I need to pay the driver £5 extra for delivery. He made me walk outside 10 minutes from my house to him and drove away with my food as I got to the car. When I called the staff said they don’t speak English. Avoid this place at all cost!!
