Wendy's - Cranston

Absolutely horrible place when I tell you that you ar better off going to anywhere else and eating a brick off the floor I mean it. I’ve been here 3 different times and every time they mess something up. This one particular night I ordered a biggie bag and it was missing fries we went around again and they charged me for another meal and if I asked if I got charged for the fries (only the fries I asked for) they said yes. I checked my bank account and was charged for the whole meal. So blantley lying to my face about charging and I offered to pay for the fries THAT THEY MISSED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Eventually after going around for the third time I got my money back. DONT GO HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR OR ME. If you want to be charged extra for the food you orderd just because of there laziness then boy have I found the place for you. It’s all horrible I wish I could say more. 3 diffrent times I’ve been here they mess it up every time

I went there for breakfast. The service was very nice and fast. The food was good. Much better than another Wendy's that I used to go to.

TERRABLE!!!! The worst custome experience in my life!!! These people, including the manager, shouldn't be working here. I was mistreated and almost physically attacked by these employees just because I let them know they gave me the wrong order. On top of calling me name on the drive through. It is just terrable that we as customers work so hard for our money to go and expend in a fast food restaurant and be attacked and mistreated. I PROMISE THEY WOULD NEVER SEE ME THERE. LOST CUSTOMER..I HOPE THIS INDUSTRY WORK ON RETRAINING THEIR EMPLOYEES.

Always great people and food here. I go for lunch and I don't have much time so I order ahead on the app and the food is ready and waiting. The app is great at eliminating mistakes on orders. This is the best Wendy's in the area.
