Very well to my taste too much sauce but very pleasant and well recovered

This restaurant was chosen by the wife of birthday boy and a very good choice. Located near the first tee at Crans-Sur-Sierre, the food was wonderful. The staff were very knowledgeable and the service was polished. We all had a great time and personally, try the Lamb as it was sublime!Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We have been here at least 10 times when it first opened if was very Michelin orientated, fancy and all the food quite rich. They have now calmed it down a bit so they now do amazing food really tasty not so rich with all the creamy sauces. Crans this is the place to beat! Well done to all the staff and the chef. Fantastic... sorry totally forgot what we ate,French onion soup, fois grass, followed by rib eye steak, only one world for it... one of the best I've had (well 6 words) :)
