Panda Express - Cranberry Twp

I am extremely impressed with Panda Express. They went above and beyond to ensure that our order was perfect for my daughter's birthday party. The General Manager personally ensured that our order was a top priority when they opened. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided us with a generous amount of plates, napkins, utensils, sauces, lucky cookies, and even stickers for all the children at the party. The food was still warm and delicious. I highly recommend Panda Express for your next event.

When visiting a fast food restaurant, it's important to adjust your expectations accordingly. Instead of looking for 5-star cuisine, focus on qualities like efficiency and cleanliness. During a recent visit to this particular establishment on a Sunday afternoon, I observed multiple waves of customers coming in. Despite the busy rush, the staff seamlessly reorganized the line and promptly cleaned the restaurant. This level of organization and quick service was surprising, especially compared to other fast food chains. Not only was the service efficient, but the food was also impressive. Watching the freshly cooked meals being prepared in an open kitchen setting reminded me of the popular fast-casual chain, 5Guys. Overall, I left this restaurant feeling impressed by the staff's speed and accuracy, as well as the quality of the food.

This Chinese restaurant is not your traditional spot, but more like a bar-style line or similar to Chipotle where you can customize your meal. The staff is friendly, though sometimes they seem a bit disinterested. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get, making it a good option for a quick meal on the go. While it may not be my top choice for Chinese food, the concept is still great. I recommend it if you're in a rush and just want a quick bite to eat!
