Naturoll Creamery Cranberry

NatuRoll sells rolled ice creams and also bubble waffles, cyclones, floats, and cookie doughs. The employees create the rolled ice creams by mixing a base flavor with toppings, chopping the toppings into pieces, flattening the ice cream, and then rolling it up. NatuRoll offers many flavors of ice creams, and customers may customize the ingredients. I have eaten ice cream from here twice. Both times I ordered strawberry-banana ice cream, but the first time was with dairy and the second time was without dairy. My husband’s favorite flavor of ice cream here is chocolate-banana-Nutella. We both enjoy the flavors as well as the employees’ attentive service.

Somewhat over priced for the product. Seating areas are all sticky. No the place was not busy 3 employees just chilling while all the tables have noticeable debris and sticky substance on them.

Disappointingly, just three kids working and they just stand around talking. In that manner customer service is very lacking. I understand kids want to chat...but when customers are in the store they come first.

Don't go in for a bubble waffle because if the person or persons don't feel like making them..YOU WONT GET THEM!! Third time and POOR customer service.

Great experience, never had ice cream in that way before. Very good. Highly recommend.
