Longhorn Steakhouse

I was in there today 4-19-24 and the host was very rude not very personable and when we got seated there was not waiter or waitress in sight and you guys weren’t that busy at the time and then I saw a waitress but she was way to busy texting on her phone instead of taking care of us so me and my friend just got up and walked out I don’t think ill go back

Server was GREAT, food was tasty. A little loud for visiting with friends, nice evening out

I visited this location this evening, April 15th and sat at the bar. A bartender that I remember tipping very well, a thin blonde lady with glasses asked me what are you drinking? I answered Miller Lite bottle. She asked again as she wasn 't clear and I repeated the order. For some reason I guess that I offended her. She delivered the beer and never asked if I wished to order food. The three people that entered the bar and sat down were all delivered cocktails and menus. She came up to me and asked if I wanted another beer and I said that I was going to order food but you never asked if I wanted a menu I added just cash me out. She brings me a bill for over $9.00 for a single Miller Lite bottle. I requested an intemized bill and she brought the manager and credited the amount. At a loss for what I did to irritate this lady however I will never set foot in a LongHorn Steakhouse for as long as I live. I will avoid them at all costs and the horrible two experiences that I have endured in the past week. One in Morgantown, WV and one in Cranberry, PA. Thanks for nothing!

Our sever was absolutely amazing and the food was everything I needed it to be. My only complaint was with seating arrangements. I was back to back with a table behind me and could barely move. Other than that, it was definitely worth it.

This longhorn is the best I've ever been to. All of the staff I have interacted with is amazing but one in particular is Jan (I hope I spelled it right). She is an amazing waitress. She has a very big inviting personality. The food here is great.
