Pronto Eataliano - Craigieburn

I had a terrible experience at a pizza restaurant in Craigieburn. My meal arrived an hour late and was cold. When I tried to address the issue with Menulog, the restaurant refused to take responsibility. The service was terrible, with lies about the delivery time. The food was not only cold but also unappetizing. I would advise others to avoid this dishonest restaurant at all costs.

This restaurant used to be a la porchetta and a local meeting point for my friends and I visited since a child birthday dinner. they turned into pronto eataliano a few years back with the same staff and it was on a decline...before then. I loved this place, and it was my favorite for pizza, but the last few paintings orders wrong, 1.5 hours for deliveries then eat cold arrival, bad customer service. they are better off to the la porchetta in the center or palast on the plaza.

Terrible! we tried this place three times. the first was a little expensive for the standard of food, but most decent in the opposite second time. we waited over 45 minutes delivery time 1 hour and 45 minutes we. called the load and were ensured that it would be 15 minutes longer. 2 hours and 25 minutes we were supplied a stone cold pizza and cold soggy chips. at almost 10 o'clock . we cried and complained and received a food voucher. I called the food voucher for longer this time! we ordered shortly after 6.30 a.m. after three phone calls, our cold dinner came at 9.20 a.m.! if they order from this place at 15 a.m., they should be in order to eat from dinnr time.

On this place pampered. we ordered the garlic pizza and aussie . pizzas were very good. the personal was nice. in the corner of the Craaigieburn strip, the pizza shop has bitten away. the prices are reasonable. we recommend and return

We ordered a single family pizza from here tonight and have been completely disappointed and angered by the whole experience. After waiting an hour and a half for our simple pizza to arrive, my partner called up to see what the problem was. A lady...answered the phone and as my partner began to explain the issue, she cut her off saying she couldn’t hear her and just hung up. Calling back on my phone a few minutes later, the lady went looking for our order and we were informed that it had just left the restaurant. No apology for delay or any mention about the fact that our order was going to arrive with different pizza. Another 5 minutes later the food arrived and instead of one family pizza, 2 stone cold large pizzas arrived. Will not be ordering from here again, would rather pay the extra few dollars to go to La Porchetta where customer service and human decency is a priority.
