Bidra med feedbackI usually order from this restaurant once or twice a week. This time, I waited three hours for my delivery only to receive a cold, burnt mess. I messaged them but did not receive a reply. I will not be ordering from them again. When I called to inquire about the food, I was told that they had delivered to a different address, which was not true. I suggest that they take down the customer's number and call back to confirm the order and address.
My husband and I order from this restaurant every couple of weekends, and I must mention the lady who takes orders over the phone on Saturdays. She is very pleasant and bubbly, and deserves recognition for being so nice and polite. I actually told her this during our phone call because I couldn't believe how great she made the experience. So hats off to her! Also, thank you for the delicious Indian dish and spicy pizza for my husband, it was as delicious as always.
I ordered a korma sauce with Peshawari Naan at this restaurant and was charged for a chicken korma instead. When I received the dish, it looked like curdled milk and was very spicy. When I called to inquire about the spice, I was told they do not typically add spice to the korma, but that they had added two spoons of the base curry which contained the spice. They refused to take the dish back. The girl who took my initial order was lovely, but the customer service when I called back was not helpful. I have worked with food for 14 years and know what I'm talking about, so I will not be returning to this restaurant. Additionally, there was visible oil in the korma, which was disappointing.
I've had outa these ones for while n had no problems always hot when gets me n usually in time they said it be chicken tikka lovely n pizzas my son loves n chicken nuggets n chips r great for my daughter I'm ordering tonight
I would be a longterm customer of hot N spicy and have eaten out of here for years and food is generally very good, however last week I placed an order on just eat it was for a chicken tikka king kebab and a chip and a large bottle of coke this was to share been myself and partner, it arrived on time and looked and tasted really good however second bite into my tikka kebab I got a long nasty blonde hair that was wrapped inside the kebab half the hair down my throat and the rest still in the kebab I gagged pulling it out, this was such a disappointment as obviously turned us both off the food. I phoned and explained the situation to the lady on the phone who by the way was very polite and understanding she told me she would speak to the boss when she came bk she informed me that it was thier policy that food must be collected before refunded. I said that's no problem at all as the food was sitting untouched except for my bite of kebab. She then went off again and came back with I'm sorry I was juat talking to my boss and because its a just eat order it will be hard for us to trace your order so I can give store credit. I found this hard to believe as I work in catering and know how orders through just eat work they would of had my receipt and could of easily gave me the value in cash, and tbh I wasn't feeling up for store credit after just pulling a hair from my throat and having no dinner after paying just under £15. However I had no choice but to accept the offer of credit and a few days later my daughter had a sleepover and as a treat I decided I'd use the credit on a pizza for them thinking I'm sure they will be extra careful not to allow any food contamination this time so I phoned and ordered a 12 inch pizza and chip which came to same price as previous minus the coke only to be told that they were only discounting me the price of the kebab not the chip or delivery charge! I found this disgraceful considering the chip was not eaten and I ended up paying out £15 for nothing and they actually had the cheek to only refund me £6 il most certainly not be back shame as a hair in food can happen it's just a shame thier customer service was terrible.
