Monty's On The Square - Cozumel

Crawfish Etoufee was disgusting. The crawfish was gray and it was all soupy and watery with barley any rice. There was grease all over the top of it too. I see they have a lot of “5 star” reviews but seems to me they don’t have the food to back the reviews. I’ve worked up the street for 6 years and never heard anything good but my mom really wanted to try it for her bday and instead she couldn’t eat anything after taking one bite. Wouldn’t be surprised if it causes food poisoning. And it’s over … – show

Stephanie was FANTASTIC!! She was friendly and informative, and the food was wonderful.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing! Her recommendations were great and topped with amazing service. This is our second stop by the restaurant to see her since visiting New Orleans. For an appetizer, we had beignets. For brunch/breakfast we had the Crab Cake Benedict, Fried Chicken and Pancakes, and the Brunch Po Boy. 10/10.
