Lilette - Cozumel

Wonderful setting, great service and fantastic food.

Delightful, attentive service, great food, good cocktails. The crab claws are particularly nice, and the local oysters are worth trying as well.

We went to Lilette for my birthday. I ordered the crab claws appetizer, the arugula salad, and the duck breast, and the chocolate hazelnut mousse. It was all delicious. I enjoyed the ambience as well.

Very good dinner! The fresh heart of palm was my fave. We ordered hanger steak grouper plus gnocchi. The food was delicious. The only thing that wasn't on point was the wine selection sommelier assistance on selecting. My friend was looking for guidance, our waitress asked the sommelier, then we were directed to a section of lighter wines....my friend had very specific questions those were just overlooked with what was a blanket recommendation. Perfect example of classic French cooking. A place that might not make many “hot lists” …for the better) but its imprint and longevity in the community speaks volumes. To have such an incredible staff for a smaller sized restaurant, a dedicated full time maitre d', sommelier, general manager, hostess, and incredible waitstaff shows Lilette's dedication to service quality.
