Some of the worst customer service I've ever had at a restaurant. Expected better from my fellow vegans :

Stellar little bakery with tons of great vegan breakfast options. Cozy indoor and outdoor seating in the back. The donut doesn 't really look like a donut (where 's the hole? , but they 're some of the best donuts I 've ever had. The king cake is unlike any king cake I 've ever had but it 's absurdly good. I went multiple times on my short trip in town and despite trying a bunch of different things on the menu I was never disappointed. If I 'm ever back in the area I 'll be sure to stop in here. (I also visited the downtown location, but preferred this location

This is honestly a bit of a hidden gem. The bread is absolutely fantastic, which is what I was looking for in the first place, but it's hard to find vegetarian and vegan food sometimes and theirs is excellent. It was nice to go somewhere for breakfast my friend, who is allergic to eggs, has any real options. I'm someone who will cheerfully eat anything, but my vegetable sandwich was legitimately delicious, and a fresh diversion from the heavier food that I have been having in the city. Their tofu scramble with mushrooms was also excellent , and we both left pleasantly full, London Fog lattes in hand. The scones are a bit dense, but quite tasty- especially if you take them home, toast them, put butter on them. But don't tell them I said to.
