Blaze Pizza - Cozumel

Take out, seemed like the staff was a little overwhelmed during Mardi Gras. The wait was around 50min. Operation improvements needed.

I had a coupon for a pizza for $3.14. Their system wasn’t working to scan. Instead of finding a alternative option they charged me the full 15ish dollars for a pizza and a drink. Super disappointed. Pizza was good:

I went for my first time today, and was pleasantly surprised to see how the food is made right in front of you. It was so good too! I will definitely be going again!

Horrible Experience!! I placed my order on the app for pickup. The order stated pickup will be in 10 minutes. When i made it to the restaurant in 7 minutes with 3 minutes to spare, I was told I would have a 30 minute wait because there was a full line of people before me, who didn’t place an order on the app, but we’re walk-ins. I love Blaze. Where else can you get a fully customizable pizza with whatever toppings you want for 11 dollars? You can do half a pizza one way and the other half another.
