Del Mar Lounge - COZUMEL

Have been here many times and always return . No loud blaring music or screaming activity director , just a chill laid back Caribbean beach bar . The staff are there to serve you and let you enjoy your day . They have some of the coldest beer on the island and nice clean restrooms . The snorkeling is good but bring water shoes for entry . Nice padded loungers and they have a great menu !

On my second day arriving on the island, i ventured north on foot and discovered this little oasis. I had a **** Mary and sat down for a bit in the sand. I ended up meeting some locals and hanging out with them for a bit. When I thought it couldn't get any better, the dj started playing some sweet mellow beats and I danced in the calm surf, sipping my drink, perfect climate, welcoming the sunset. This moment is the reason I came on this trip!

De passage à Cozumel, nous nous sommes rendus, sur les conseils d'un "autochtone" jusqu'à ce restaurant de bord de plage. nous avons été accueillis très gentiment et avons pu profiter du bord de mer tout en étant à l'ombre.

You know that magical beach bar, away from all the tourists that you almost don't want to tell anyone about for the fear of it changing for your next visit?? Well this IS IT!!!! Sit at the bar with a cold bevie with 180d ocean view, wade into the ocean for a snorkel, lay with your feet in the sand while you snack on cheap good eats!! We spent the good part of a day here. The lady bartender (the owner I believe) even set me up with a paddle board lesson and the board for the day for a great price. Clean bathrooms, great island atmosphere! Thank you so much for all your hospitality!!

Best place on the island. Out of the way, perfectly satisfactory food - what is amazing is the fish ceviche. I hate ceviche, I ADORE this. BEST MARGARITAS ON THE ISLAND 80% of the time :) one of the bartenders has this down pat. The others are good enough. Huge, delicious, you can sit for hours and talk, watch the ocean, no one is rushing you away, get in and swim, come back and drink. Owner is there all the time, friendly but hands off. Luis the waiter is a gem. Watch out at night for the flies that bite. They will give you repellant to put on so do it. Eeek. Seriously, my favorite place.
