Tim Hortons - Cowansville

I have been visiting this restaurant every Saturday and Sunday for the past month, and every single order has had at least two mistakes. Yesterday, I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and bacon, but they forgot the cream cheese. Today, I ordered the exact same thing and they forgot the bacon. Last Saturday, I asked for two steak and egg sandwiches but received one breakfast club instead. On Sunday, I ordered the same thing but asked for an old-fashioned biscuit and got two English muffins, which are my least favorite type of bread. They have not been able to get a single order right in a month.

The noise level in the restaurant is very high in the morning. I choose not to dine here anymore as they require all children in their camp to be vaccinated.

People talk extremely loud in the morning. I personally boycoot this restaurant because they have forced to accept only vaxed kids in her camp!

Tim Hortons food is always amazing, but since a month ago, the service takes so much time. Don't get me wrong, I understand that it's stressful work and waiting is normal, but the wait-time seems too much. Still recomands this place.

Well let's start with....Their refusing to speak English in the Eastern townships. Not 1 person could take my order,which really confused me because all I wanted was Chili.
