Waffle House - Covington

We went about noon. It was full. We sat at bar. It was about 15 to 30 minutes before we were spoken to. It was about an hour before we got our food. My husband's order was wrong and my Texan toast was burnt. When I told the waitress, she said she wrote the order correctly. She didn't offer to have either dish redone. We had waited so long and the food was terrible. We will never go back to this Waffle House.

They say the Three toughest things on Earth were Industrial Diamonds, Chinese Math, and a Waffle House Steak. Okay, Japanese Wagyu it ain't, but keep in mind Waffle House sells more steaks than all the other chain steak house combine. And mine was cooked to perfection and paired with those Cheesy Scrambled Eggs, and Hash Brown made for an unbeatable Breakfast.

Ordered a Chicken deluxe burger however that is not what I got. I got a deluxe cheese burger, then the waitress has the nerve to say that’s not what I heard you say. I know what I ordered. My dad even said that I ordered the chicken but the waitress must have been preoccupied with the larger table to even care about mine. No refund, no apologies, didn’t even bother checking to see if we needed a refill. Took 10 min before I could even tell her this isn’t what I ordered.

One of the better ones in the area. Service and food usually great.

Great service this morning for breakfast. The waitress was very courteous and promptly waited on us. Her service was fantastic and the food was cooked to perfection. As always, Waffle House is a place you can count on for a short wait time and quality food.
