Mcdonald's - Covington

Very friendly people. Everyone had a great attitude!!

Ms.Pam and I think the manager was jarard or rashard but when I say best customer service I've received in a long time I mean it it was the best. I really don't eat McDonald's for my child but when I say I'll go out my way just to get some service from them I mean it. I appreciate them both this morning if y'all see this keep being yourself thank you

They’re always nice to me and usually get my food right (i order my stuff plain) but don’t get a milkshake unless you wanna mix it yourself ?

2nd time I have been there for breakfast and they tell me no hot sauce that's terrible ?

I 've been to this McDonald 's often but I 've never met such a nice manager. Ms. Tracy was the kindest person I 've ever met. She was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything came out fast, especially since I had such a big order. She asked us if we needed a cup holder and bags so politely and smiled through everything she said. She made sure to tell my Mother and I to have an amazing day, I had to make sure I went back inside to get her name. Thank you for everything you do Ms Tracy with a Y
