Good food and cozy atmosphere! Love the hospitality they provide as well.

Overall: The House Eatery is a classic in Covington and serves some delicious sandwiches! I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting. The Eatery is the second oldest building in Covington.Food: I had a ham, kielbasa, bacon, and lettuce sandwich with a pita that was stuffed with veggies. The sandwich was fantastically delicious, as well as the refreshing pita.Service: The staff was knowledgeable in The Eatery's history as well as the menu. They were very kind and helpful.Price: The prices are on point! This is a much better option than McDonald's for the family. Vegetarian options: The Highlander and the salad are two of the few vegetarian options. Parking: There is a parking lot behind the restaurant and there is street parking in front of it. Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of options for the kids to dine.

The Chicken Salad and Crispy Bacon was phenomenal ?!!

Reason for 4 stars and not 5. They only sale simple sandwiches. A different variety would be nice. Overall good.

Excellent Mad Ann sandwich, corned beef, sauerkraut, guess it's their take on Ruben really good.Great ice tea.
