Great American Cookies - Covington

There's nothing but dessert places on hwy 21 now. Great American cookies, Crumbl and epic milkshakes all in walking distance. I finally managed to get around to going. There's definitely more here than just cookies. Unknown till arrival they have cakes, ice cream and malts too. Now I've heard several arguments the GAC and crumbl over which was better. Love this location!! Super sweet staff as well!! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Can’t wait to bring the family back. The caramel ice cream and supreme pecan cookies are our favorites.:

Not pleased at all! Cookie cake was so thin undercooked that it was hard to cut a slice. Decorating was nicely done but icing had no flavor! A bit pricey, too.

We went in on a hot Sunday around 2:30. They had one waffle cone left. We asked when they would have more and their response was a little shocking....“its time consuming to make them and so we likely wont have anymore today” in a pretty rude voice, im just thinking… wouldnt you have seen them running low and started making them earlier? Also out of whipcream. They werent particularly friendly for a supposed to be fun kind of place.

I went to pick up cookie cake and it had the wrong colors on it. If it had had any color on it besides brown I would have taken it even though it was supposed to be blue and white. An all brown cake is not nice looking for a birthday(need color to be festive). They said they would do another and they did. While I waited I got a drink and a double doozie.
