Dairy Sweet - Covington

Over 30 years ago, when I was a kid, I visited Covington from Kansas to spend the summer with family. After a day of swimming at the pool, I had to say goodbye to my crush. I had my first kiss just outside Dairy Sweet, with a charming blue-eyed boy holding a vanilla ice cream cone. What a nostalgic memory! I haven't returned since, but I truly hope this place remains for future ice cream dates! It deserves 5 stars in my opinion.

I'm thrilled to see that this place has been renovated and reopened! They offer solid basic burgers and fries, and their shakes are quite good. It's conveniently located not too far from Enid, which is great if you ever find yourself in Covington, Oklahoma. Ideal for meals on the go!

My wife and I made the drive from Edmond to Covington to check out The Dairy Sweet, and it was absolutely worth it! I had a cheeseburger, fries, and a shake, and everything was fantastic. I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the beef—it was thick and juicy, definitely not something frozen. Well done, Dairy Sweet!
