Bean Haus Bakery Cafe - Covington

Bean Haus Bakery Cafe has been a stop on our Mainstrasse Village Food Tour for the past couple years. They always impress our guests with the best coffee and desserts in the neighborhood! Tim, the owner and his staff are super nice and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy.

Charming little café located in what appeared to be an old house. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and both the food and drinks were delightful. I ordered a standard iced coffee, while my boyfriend opted for a specialty drink called the Bananas Foster, which he loved! I had the three-egg breakfast, cooked to perfection, and my boyfriend enjoyed his omelet, which he also said was excellent. We didn’t sample any of the baked goods since we were trying to behave, but they looked tempting, especially the tarts! If you find yourself in the Mainstrasse area, this place is definitely worth a visit!

I'm originally from New York, and after trying a few restaurants in the area, I have to say that Bean Haus Bakery is the best! It’s affordable, the service is excellent, and the Colombian coffee is top-notch.

I arrived in the mid-morning. The establishment is mainly a coffee and espresso shop, but it also features a grill for items like eggs. The bakery selections looked great as well. There is some limited street parking available on Main Street, but additional parking spots are located at the back. It’s a nice spot to sit and chat with friends. I definitely plan to return. It’s an easy choice with friendly staff, good food, and excellent coffee!
