Annadele's Plantation - Covington

This afternoon we had a surprise 70th birthday party for my dad. Since the initial conversation with Julie they have been nothing but accommodating, patient, and helpful. As soon as I arrived, about and hour early, our waitress Jennifer was 100% on top of things. Her communication with me during the entire party surpassed anything I was expecting. Despite not having power the entire party due to weather and a down power line the party was perfect! Jennifer, Jacob, and the other server were absolutely wonderful! Even with the power being out they worked harder than I have ever seen servers work for a private party. Saying the food was beyond what I was expecting would be a huge understatement. Even with the power being out the kitchen did not skip a beat and exceeded my expectations. I'm not sure who sees this but please pass on my gratitude for giving my father the best birthday he has ever had. Special thanks to Jennifer, Jacob, the other server, Kim, and the entire kitchen staff. This will not be my last time visiting Annadele's and I will continue to recommend you to everyone I can. I cannot thank you guys enough for making my wedding so perfect. The first time I stepped foot in this building I knew this was the place I wanted to get married because the people were absolutely amazing. Julie, the event coordinator, was spectacular. She was with me every step of the way. She would answer any question I had and would let me come see the place anytime I wanted too. The inside of the place is beautiful and I loved how the rooms were all separate. You were able to spread out throughout the entire house. The food was to die for and the wait staff was wonderful. If you needed anything, they were on top of it. On the day of the wedding, Denise was my wedding coordinator. She was with me and my husband every step of the way. When we arrived, she took us straight to our room so we could eat and drink. Then she led us to our first dance, then the cake cutting, and she would follow us while we were mingling so that way we could get the mingling done and get on the dance floor. It was truly an amazing experience for me and my husband and I think everyone should have there wedding here. They truly make you feel special and want you to have a nice time.

Tonight we celebrated our 11th anniversary at Annadeles! I have to say this hidden jewel is greatly overlooked on the Northshore! Our dinner was amazing, we had the savory cheesecake with barbecue shrimp, the crab cakes, the filet, the lump crab ah gratin, the creme brûlée and the chocolate soup with tort EVERYTHING was perfection even the decaf coffee! Please try Annadele's for dinner next time! Oh and the bar is lovely for just meeting friends for a glass of wine! I almost forgot the service was impeccable love traditional wait staff with back waiters you always feel attended to and special!
