Vanllee Suites Lvgem - Covina

I'll be honest, the pictures promoting this place sold me. However I did read the reviews as well. Such mixed reviews! Our stay was nothing like everyone else was stating.Security walking the Parking lot??Clean rooms?Beds are comfortable?Refrigerator clean?A/C worked to be fair high was 82 degrees) ??The shower was good ?Customer service great ??Over all 4 stars! Im a TV guy, and no TV was in the room so that's why I gave it 4 stars. But we will return!!!!

This place looks like a residential hotel which is NOT what I was looking for. Lots of people hanging out at the entrance smoking. The property is very poorly lit. Does not feel safe even tho the neighborhood is safe. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I could hear the people above us walking clear as a bell. The bathroom sink was clogged up. I was supposed to stay two nights but couldn’t take another night so asked for a refund but the Mgr outright refused. I left anyways. Don’t stay here! It has a nasty feeling about it. Here are a ton of hotels to choose from within 1/2 mile. Stick with the big names is my rec.

I don 't want to give this place more credit than it deserves. One star is TOO much. This place is filthy, un-kept, unsafe, nothing works, its looks like a halfway home. I had to buy my own sheets, blankets, pillow cases and towels because what they had was so gross. I was unable to cancel my reservation due to a group rate for a week long stay. Did i mention a/c issues that guest were sleeping with their door open. AND one night at 4:15 am security tried to enter my room. Pictures online will catfish you!

Do NOT book here ! Their Ac is out in most rooms, it’s really old torn down outdated dirty and smells ! they say no dogs but there is feces everywhere . same for smoking cigarette , butts everywhere . rooms are stuffy and they smell weird. owner davis is very rude and does. or like to address the many problems at that hotel location

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had! It’s hard to describe how bad this hotel was. Our 1st indication should have been when we checked in the lobby was stiflingly hot. When we got to our room, the AC was on full blast but the room was still 80 degrees. The humidity was awful that day so we were soaked. Also, none of the lights worked. We had to plug them all in ourselves. When I used the bathroom I noticed there was only half a roll of TP no backup. After I called for more, I went to take a shower noticed there were no towels. Zero. I called again. When they showed up with towels TP, I asked about the AC she said she’d let maintenance know. I then got a call from the front desk saying the AC for the whole property was being worked on. They said they’d bring us a fan in the meantime. They did but it was the cheapest weakest fan they could buy. When I went to take a shower, I found a toothpaste cap down in the sink drain, pubic hair in the sink, a bandaid rubber band on the floor. The hotel grounds were disgustingly filthy. The elevator was totally gross covered in graffiti. I think I’ve made my point. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. HORRIBLE!
