Starbucks - Covina

I been to many many Starbucks, and this one is the worst one ever. The cashier was ruderude and the baristas are sloppy!I purchased 2 venti water down non frothy tasteless caramel ribbon crunch fraps with extra crunch and caramel. With no extra nothing!

There drive thru service is not good they take long time with 4 employees talking

The cashier had a little bit of an attitude, she gave me the wrong drink and I told her and she said that's what you ordered and I said no, it's not. I try not to go their because I always feel like they are always mad or have an attitude problem . Hope they all have a better day tomorrow.

I had a good experience at this location. My favorite Starbucks drink is the Refresher: Mango Dragon Fruit, with lemonade ?. I also like the bagel with cream cheese as a snack.

With 15 workers back there and they couldn't get a iced coffee right.
