For my first time visiting I had a less than pleasant experience.The staff working Monday around 1:30pm were rude. This staff needs to be taught what customer service is. As a business owner you want your team to greet everyone who walks through the door to the establishment. Felt like I was a bother the entire time, even had to ask them for a lid and bag.

Upon entering, was greeted by Friendly and helpful Staff. My Smoothie was delicious. Staff was graciouswhen I asked to put in extra items. YUM!I have been bragging about this location!Thank you again for a great experience and will be returning time and again!

My girlfriend brought me to this restaurant and I have been a regular ever since! I recently found out that I know the owner from the gym and she is very friendly. The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. There is a young man working there who can be a bit moody, which can make the experience a little bit awkward, but it won't stop me from coming back. Overall, all the staff, especially the girls, are wonderful.

Tops the Acai was delicious, refreshing. Customer service was great.

I usually don't write reviews, but this is truly a hidden gem in the Covina area. Make sure to try the date night shake - you won't be disappointed!
