Yuyi Dragon - Coventry

This used to be my go-to Chinese takeaway but of recent, its just gone downhill. Food was cold and not even the correct order and even though staff sent the correct order afterwards, it took way too long to even matter.

A dish delivered as free! Thats very kind. Good quality Chinese quick delivery! Defiantly recommend!! You will not be disappointed!

The food was not good. It was packaged very sloppily; the food was bland and they got our order wrong. Won’t be ordering from here again. Much nicer Chinese takeaways in Coventry.

We usually order from this take away on Fridays. The Thai tom yum soup is a winner. The Malaysian dishes are also nice. Slightly high on price, but good food. They usually take an hour to do home delivery.

It is my own fault as I’ve used this takeaway before and always have problems. Either the food is cold or really greasy or takes ages to deliver. Tonight I have waited 1hour and 50 mins for a delivery and I’m only across the road. I know it’s been snowing but that has nothing to do with it. I rang Yuyi 57 times for it to be continually engaged. They picked up on the 58th time and advised me that they ‘forgot’ about my order and are cancelling it now. I am fuming. No customer service and I have already paid on my card via ‘Just Eat’ so how will they refund..? An absolute joke. Do not use these people.
