Red Lobster - Courtland Township

The food was average. The service was excellent. Atmosphere hasn't changed in 50 years. I was a cook at Red Lobster back in 1989 in Niles. I go every year on my birthday. They always give me a free dessert for my birthday. Yearly tradition for the past 23 years. Thanks Red Lobster!

A great Rockford local Red Lobster that has been here forever and still a great one. 7 of us went for the Endless Shrimp and was great as usual!

We went for the Endless Shrimp, they were out of one of them. And of their other 4 options the inky one we liked was the breaded shrimp. The rest of the shrimp was to salty. The service was not the best as we felt rushed and felt like we were just a number. It definitely was not worth the drive or the money for this place!

The door knows are filthy. Could use better lighting in the bathroom. My waitress had tattoos on her face, a huge turn off.

Food is good but between the size of everything getting smaller and prices too high had to give only 3 stars. Crab legs are so small not worth effort to get meat out to eat.
