Da Catch Fish Chicken

Called at 9:42 PM to place an order and was told no since they close at 10pm. Asked if the drive through was open and was told I could order through there but not over the phone…because it's so much slower to just take my order on the phone and let me pick it up. Turning down business because they want to be cleaned up and out the door earlier, wouldn't be thrilled if I was the owner and had employees doing this but it seems to be a common thing in Rockford ‍ ️

We ordered chicken wings with no lemon pepper due to allergies. We told them twice no lemon pepper but because we went from a 10 piece to a 20 piece they added lemon pepper. When we called she said, you told me no lemon pepper on the 10 piece not the 20 piece. Why would I want lemon pepper on a 20 piece of I didn't want it on a 10 piece!! I'll never order from them again.

Quality went down slightly, fries are always soggy. Prices really went up,almost 3 dollars more a meal. It's not cheap anymore for a family. About the same price to sit down and be served at a restaurant.

My mom who had eaten catfish all her life and knows good from bad said that the catfish fillets were delicious.
