Bidra med feedbackThe prosciutto-wrapped halibut was pan-seared and served with baked polenta, a roasted red pepper coulis, and pesto. It was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection.
During my family adventure in British Columbia, we visited Locals, a charming heritage house with vibrant flower gardens situated directly on the waterfront.
My wife and I visited Locals when we were on the island last year. Returning today, we found that the lunch was even better than we had remembered.
We went there as a couple for lunch and had a delicious and fresh meal. With dietary restrictions I was able to make special requests which the kitchen fully accommodated without extra cost. Nice BC wine selection and much of the menu ingredients were as the name describes, local ingredients. We were in no hurry which was good because lunch took 2 hours. It was very relaxing.
A resident told us that it's the best place to eat on the Island and he was quite right. The dishes were original and tasty. Very modern combinations using local produce.
