Cappuccino Grande Cafe - Courtenay

It's hard not to love a cafe that serves excellent coffee, delicious food, and amazing desserts. The owners are incredibly friendly and even provided us with a fork perfect for sharing one of their delectable desserts. We visited in February 2021 and were consistently impressed. And let's not forget to mention their homemade pizza - you have to stop by and give it a try (or call ahead). It's absolutely delicious!

We ordered one of our wedding cakes from this place and it was amazing! My husband and I absolutely loved the fresh pizza, soup, and specialty coffee. This shop is truly special and we are looking forward to visiting again soon!

The restaurant consistently offers fresh, high-quality food, with a strong sense of ownership and genuinely friendly service. It is a must-visit whenever I am in Courtenay. I highly recommend trying their incredibly fresh lunches and delicious hand-made desserts, some of the best I have ever had.

Discovering this gem on 5th Street was a surprise. A friendly husband and wife team run the business. My favourites cinnamon danish, homemade soups, European cakes. This restaurant in my opinion deserves five stars. Try it for yourself. I saw one comment that said, 'expensive '. Hmmm. I do not think so..I would say if you want the best ingredients at a modest price try this restaurant.

Phenomenal service and incredible food. My family and I stumbled across this husband-and-wife-run establishment by chance while in town running errands today and it completely turned our day around! Easy going and relaxed vibe and all of us (the kids included) absolutley loved the food! Amazing soups and house made breads. Definitely going back!
