Isabella's Coffee Shop - County Durham

From a warm welcome by the staff, to excellent food served, this café is one of the loveliest I have ever been to. Perfect for couples, families, friends and solo outings... oh and dogs are welcome too!

The food at this restaurant is fabulous and very flavorful. The cafe and amenities are immaculate and the staff are all incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. The cafe has a welcoming atmosphere, as I have seen people working alone on their laptops as well as families enjoying themselves. Isabella's is my go-to spot when I want to visit with my one-year-old daughter, and the milkshakes are delicious. Thank you Angela for creating such a warm and friendly environment and always making us feel welcome!

The restaurant has a charming and cozy atmosphere, catering to a mix of families, couples, cyclists, and take-out customers. They offer a wide selection of savory dishes and delicious cakes at reasonable prices, served with friendly and attentive service. There is also an upstairs seating area available. We will definitely be returning regularly now that we have discovered this gem. Additionally, they also offer local crafts for sale.

After a lukewearm reception (well we were in our walking gear) it got a lot better. The staff were lovely, the food delicious and the coffee excellent. And (by todays standards) not expensive. We will be back.
