A Bella Pizza - County Durham

My family and I ordered pizzas and fries from this restaurant last night for two adults and five kids. Unfortunately, the pizza was cold and had a horrible crust. We all felt sick after eating it. The garlic sauce was also unpleasant. The food was overpriced and terrible quality. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I 've been to Bella Pizza twice and regretted it twice. The first time I ordered was an adventure. Because of the lack of card machine (seriously Burnopfield.... , I was made (admittedly with their WiFi to download an app to order. And then charged a card fee. Incredible... But that 's a quirk, not terrible, right? Right?! I don 't like to generalise but I 've spoken to a few people about what I like to call 'Bella Pizza gut '. The sensation of a hot rock deep in your gut that you 'd cut out if you could. This is the sensation of having eaten Bella Pizza. I ordered a second pizza a few weeks later to make sure. I am now sure. The food is bad, the service is patchy (see card issues above and the price is fairly high considering what else you can get on Front Street. It 's just bad. And the locals know it. There is a massively entertaining thread on the Burnopfield Facebook Group of rhyming criticism for this takeaway, and doesn 't that say it all?! The reason I can 't give it one star is how friendly the main guy (I assume owner is . He 's great. And worth an additional star.

I visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago and was very disappointed. The owners never wash their hands and the food was terrible. I got sick and was ill for a week after eating there. I will definitely not be returning here.

Tea time special with the family good atmosphere and service from demi was excellent meal worth the money

The food was average. It tasted good but didn't have any standout flavors. I had a pepperoni pizza which used to be phenomenal here a few years ago, but now it's just mediocre.
