Dunkin' - Country Club Hills

The food was burnt. The order was incorrect. The young Hispanic lady with the black hair was yelling and would not correct my order. I called cooperate. No response. I hope someone addresses the issue of her rudeness and ignorance before she runs all the customers away. Very poor customer service.

If you have an appetite for torture, this is the Dunkin for you! The drive through line is routinely a half hour excursion! Mobile orders lost to the sands of time! Aggressive and rude employees!

Extremely underrated donut place, very nice food, workers, etc.

The food is decent when the low-life, incompetent, unintelligent employees get the order correct- a rarity. How are these women being vetted? The new woman on drive- thru is really stupid! I’m unsure if she can read. She giggles at all of her mistakes from ordering and incorrect charges. What’s so hard about reading and preparing for to do one’s job correctly?!

Usually have a good experience in drive thru but once walking in the building, I waited 5 minutes to be greeted, which happens, they then came to the counter and said they aren’t accepting orders inside, but the lobby was open…. Line had 8 cars in it. What’s the point of having the inside open if you can’t come in to place an order??? Makes zero sense. At the very least put a sign on the door not to waste people’s time.
