Dairy Queen - Council Bluffs

No line ,very clean establishment, food served in a timely fashion..keep up the hard work Dairy Queen..blizzards tasted amazing tonight .

Do not go here... I ordered in drive thru..they parked me for fresh food. 20 minutes later I go in and served cold food. Chicken finger ain't good cold. The place was SO DIRTY....I just got a partial refund. And not even a sorry... DO NOT GO HERE!!!

We went to to DQ this afternoon and got 2 blizzards and a strawberry milkshake. It was awful! I got a cookie dough blizzard and it had 2 pieces of cookie dough in it and that 's it! Same thing with my son 's blizzard! My husband got a strawberry milkshake and it was like drinking milk! They had no idea what they was doing. The girl left the drive thru window open and you can hear what was going on. Six people running around no clue what was going on. The one girl kept asking how do you make a root beer float! We will Never go back there again!!

Their ice cream cakes are to die for! For real! Their chessebergers are ? too. Please eat at this location on 35thand Broadway if you are local.. 1 to 10 it's an 8.! Good stuff. They're drive through needs some attention because it gets too crowded and takes forever.. it's not cool when you want food from there and you have to wait 30 min to get food. But the taste is for real. They worth the wait though For sure! Try them out! Giving them an 8 is a good number for me.. but please eat in the council bluffs locations I've been to them all and they are probably the best fast food restaurant I eat at..

Had a rude lady at the drive thru, if you don't like your job get a new one. Plenty of teenagers that could take orders without the attitude. I should have gone to Freddy's down the road.
