Lou Cantou - Couiza

Ici il y a un vrai cuisinier qui se décarcasse pour faire plaisir à ces clients. Les assiettes sont soignées et juste. Avec l 'agneau j 'ai eu la joie de le voir accompagné de 5 légumes différents (au lieu de simple frites à la c.. !!! Tout était trés bien, merci chef !! De dehors ça paye pas de mine mais un trés bel effort floréal en terrasse réjouit tout l 'ensemble, bravo!! Super service personnalisé , atypique et, sincère, gentil et souriant, merci !! Entré, plat, dessert à 25euros. Les bouteilles de vin commence à 19e. Excellent rapport qualité/prix !! On reviendra bientôt...

Andy delivers again! What a treat, the most amazing Christmas lunch..freshly prepared from the best ingredients, choices for each of the five courses, from smoked salmon mousse, wild mushroom filo parcel, roast capon ham, delicious succulent moist slices of contrasting meats), and all the trimmings, cheeses, brandied Xmas pudding, mince pies, personal Xmas crackers...the only thing missing was a table in the restaurant ! Anticipation was high having always cooked Christmas lunch for the last 40 years!! this is exceptional, no shopping, no preparation, with Lou Cantou having to close its doors Andy kept his customers delighted with a delivered feast instead. Looking forward to the day when Lou Cantou can re-open for its unique fine dining style in its charming setting. A new standard has been set by Andy in the heart of the Aude Valley.

I would definitely give this restaurant five stars excellent food, service and atmosphere. Lou Cantou has a chef, not a cook. That says it all !!!

This restaurant never fails to please. The chef is a master of the kitchen and presents palate teasing dishes every time. The staff are very attentive and want to please. There is no restaurant in the area that comes anywhere near what is on offer here. Thank you Andy for choosing our area to set up your fantastic restaurant.
