Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

After my order was lost by Doordash, they had the restaurant remake it. I was promised extra fries and a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. However, both of my sandwiches were incorrect, no gift card was included, and they simply threw a few fries in the bottom of the bag without a proper container. This level of service is unacceptable in my opinion.

The food was served hot and fresh, but the only issue was that there was no sauce provided for the chicken strips.

Food was good but they stuck the hot food in the same bag as cold custard.

The food I had was fresh, hot, and delicious.
