Eagles Grill At River Oaks Golf Course

Very limited salad couple leaves and very small. Fish portions were small as well. Open table did not put in reservation as they didn't have it on file but were able to seat us anyway.

Unfortunately this experience was below their normal higher standard. Not a busy time, drinks were wrong and my wife's food was cold, green beans felt refrigerator cold. Mine were warm. We will go back hoping this was just a off night.

First time visitor and last time visitor!!!! I give credit that it is a well manicured course and high end Club house. I do have a problem with the LACK of pace of play not being enforced. Prior to the Tee-Time for the Foursome I was with, there was two groups of Threesomes before. The first group were walking and the second group were riding. Bothe groups both waited until the greens were cleared, before they tee'd off. BUT, the group ahead of us, that we're riding, we're the worst. All were using the same driver and putter and were all sharing two sets of clubs. Numerous time the Course Rangers checked on both groups, but allowed them to proceed in playing. As, the group I was in and three other groups of four behind, had to wait. The cart monitors kelp informing all of us that our pace of play is off 37 min. Never go there. Not worth it at all. NEVER AGAIN, not even if they PAY me to play there!!!!

The food was absolutely delicious!! We had the fish fry, this chef is amazing. Carrot cake was off the chain!! I enjoyed every bite of my meal. Drinks were poured perfectly and the service was amazing.

Ok. Service great, food medium. Good for a Friday night fish fry. The little plastic containers of things like sour cream or tartar sauce seems too much like a drive-thru food place.
