Panda Express - Costa Mesa

I'm a normal cousin I'm just going because my sons like it. Last night, one or two people behind me Wendy was so rude that I almost told her my 3rd article choice when she rushed me to my next plate and rolled her eyes. I also asked if there was more Chow mine and with attitude she said No that it is. Then I came to the cashier I saw that new Chow was placed mine. But Theresa is always rude I have complained, but she continues talking to cousins with attitude rolling her eyes on her and is harassed when you add something to your order before you look. The ladies would benefit from Coustomer Service Training and Work Reviews.

Heads up... dining room was closed when I visited today. So disappointing. Plenty of staff though. Line moved quick and food was good. They also had Sweet Tea only, no regular brewed tea. ?

I am usually a regular at this location for many years. However the past few visits have been just horrid. They are so skimpy on portions its pathetic. Upon tasting my food the chow mien was so old I can taste the bottom of the pan (smokey burnt). The orange chicken is old, tasteless, and crunchy no actual chicken. I basically threw that entrée in the trash not worth eating. This is the 2nd time in a week this has happened same exact order same exact results. Corporate really needs check this storefront and hold management accountable. My friends family will not be giving any business to this location after today.

I?m disappointed about the portion of the entries this time. They used to put more entries. Also two women were rude.

The worst panda express I ever had. I'm a fan of panda express, but tonight at this location, all the food were either burnt or dried out. Beijing beef was super burnt, beef broccoli and orange chicken were really dry. We came late (9:20pm) but I don't think that's an excuse for serving bad food!
