No bathroom so I guess you'd better go before you grab a coffee or a tea

My order was supposed to be ready at 8:06am and I walked out at 8:33am! For 3 items. Another woman that was there before me left without her order and a gentleman waiting for one reg coffee had to ask several times for his. Very unorganized or maybe they need more staff. I left very upset.

Friendly staff and nice variety of desserts and small treats. Clean inside but might see a street walker or two wander in. I love their iced beverages because they have great ice

Popped in for a quick caffeine fix everything was good

I started ordering from this place recently via doordash. My last four orders, they didn't even have the decency to include utensils or napkins. I finally called to complain. I ended up speaking with someone who represented himself as the store manager, who was quite rude and dismissive, and even hung up on me when he did not want to hear the complaint. He refused to address it as well. I tried calling the corporate office but they do not have any staff available to deal with these kinds of complaints via phone. Really? Their food is not so good that I would continue to patronize the restaurant. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
