Most amazing ribs and BBQ I have ever had!! We travel the country and have tried over 100 places for ribs and these by far are the best!! Wish we lived closer but we will definitely be back when we are in the area.

This was a very interesting find. We came into the place only wanting a ginger ale, thinking it was a small town market. We were met with a huge welcome and smile. After a few samples of the food, we realized we had just blindly stumbled into some of the best BBQ (and I have traveled the country) we have tasted. We ended up having dinner AND taking an order to go! Charlie is a very friendly, fun loving, people person. If you find yourself east of Gatlinburg, in the Cosby, Big Creek, Pigeon River (route 32) area, it is a crime not to stop here for a pulled pork sandwich, and a smile! We even got to sign the wall!
