If you want authentic Mexican food, this is the place. This is my top place in the area, especially around Corydon and outside the New Albany/Jeff area. The Tacos are great, but the Tamales are where it is. She makes a lot of them and you can buy them for home. I had no good choice since I left Texas. And even many locals are not aware that it is there. It is also a small grocery store.

That was my first visit and I was not disappointed! I'll be back. I've been living in Corydon for years and never realized that I could get cooked food here.

Make no mistake. This is THE best place to eat in Corydon and the most authentic mexican restaurant you'll find in the area. Please go on Thursday and try the Verde tamales. They're worth waiting all week for!
