Shanghai - Corydon

Shanghai has spectacular Chinese cuisine and the service is very fast. The appearance is not the best, but nothing that anyone would stop from coming back. Keep up the great food and the customers will come again and again!!

Good quality food. Freshly cooked so it takes longer than fast food, but that's okay.

The menu is not terribly intuitive. Small fish means a fish sandwich with fish all the way fill the bread. It's delicious, moist, not greasy. Extremely delicious. Nothing nice. No salad, tomatoes, onions or pimples. Only fish on bread with tar. But very good! The onion rings are also delicious and my wife and I could have a small gap and they didn't finish. So, I have a big fish (why not to clear the dang word sandwich? and it was creepy like the little one with an additional piece of fish stacked on hard for an additional $3. My wife got the little one wisely and I had to take off the extra piece of fish and run it. I also ordered large onion rings and wore most of them, so learn from me. Get a small fish (it is a sandwich and small onion rings (not very small! and I think you will enjoy it. We did!

The food was good, but the rice could be cooked a little longer. After eating half of my food, I gave the rice to the other half. When I rested later in the night, the rice was perfect after sitting in the sauce for a while. No table service, but that's not a big deal. Especially as many places still do. The most important thing was that the building was hardly air-conditioned. But it was extremely hot in recent days with some areas even with roll blackouts. So they could only try not to revise the air conditioning systems and lose it overall. The air question would probably have been more tolerable if the wells gave drinks with ice and refills instead of 20oz. Drink.

The food seems to be good but the inside of the place is dirty, which makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. I'm not sure i will get from there again. And i waited longer than the time they said a lot longer.
