Bidra med feedbackToday, there were two main options at the restaurant. The first was vegan, gluten-free cake donuts in various flavors, which I opted not to try. The second choice was vegan raised doughnuts with vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry glaze and sprinkles, which I typically wouldn't choose. But they were decorated in festive Halloween colors, tasty, and definitely worth the $2.50 to me. A word of caution: the fancy filled doughnuts in the display case are not vegan.
While the latest iteration of vegan donuts have been tasty, I’ve been in several times now to there being now vegan donuts available, despite the sign out front advertising their availability. I’ve been told to call in a few hours in advance and they’ll make them.
I visited OSU for the first time this weekend and was searching for dining options in Corvallis on Happy Cow when I came across the reviews for this bakery. I decided to give it a try and I have to agree with the other reviewers - this place has delicious and amazing vegan donuts! The only downside was that there wasn't a lot of selection when I arrived, and I was advised to call ahead to ensure availability. Despite this, I will definitely be returning to this bakery next time I'm in the area!
Excited to provide vegan choices. Reach out to them on Facebook a day in advance, and they will try to accommodate any vegan requests for donuts. Super welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Vegan donuts are displayed on their own shelf, with vegan and gluten-free options in a separate small display case.
The donuts were bomb dot com! Not just for vegan donuts but for donuts in general. I had the cinnamon twist and marionberry donuts. Hubby had the gluten free vegan chocolate and sprinkle cake donuts and loved them. They do seem to sell out quickly, but the owner is happy to make almost any donut vegan and set aside an order if you give them 24 hour notice.
