Belleria Pizzeria - Cortland

I was treated very rudely here and have not returned since. there are many pizza shops here that are better and friendly to their customers. about eating, so.

The TINIEST piece of chicken parm ever. Barely bigger than the meatball that I added to the spaghetti. Food was barely lukewarm upon arrival. They have messed up multiple orders in the past but this just set me over the edge. How do you charge $11 for a TINY. Piece of chicken. Unreal. Mind you the meatball only cost .99 cents.

Ordered the Huston burger and they put salad mix on a burger and the patty was half the size of the bun and tasted awful

I ordered a sheet of pizza which is two boxes, when I picked up I got one box of pizza and was told it was a sheet. I have never experienced this issue at any other location, We didn't get enough food to feed our family at this time. I love Belleria but this location is not great.

Tried to order $6.50 pasta special for pasta Wednesday. Was told that was only for lunch.i read and reread ad on Facebook and it does not say lunch only nor does it say till 4 pm as i was told..had to pay extra to get it..not good public relations or good service !
