Starbucks Coffee - Cortez

Visited from the city and came here twice. That was the only nearby Starbucks. The person who took our order was John (with pink hair and Jeremy made our drinks. I was a little concerned about the reviews, but everyone was totally friendly and we all got great service. I would even say this is one of the best starbucks I was on (and I was working with MANY and before at Starbucks himself. They were out of many things, but that's not their fault. Everything was done as ordered and it was a whole great experience. I feel bad, there are terrible reviews here. Thank you. Thank you John and Jeremy!

I ordered 2 ham and Swiss croissants, but they were out of time so I ordered a turkey and cheddar sandwich instead, but they made it in a ham and floats for me! She was so sweet and great customer service.

Friendly cashiers, but was not allowed to use my personal Starstarucks cup to use again, instead of I had to get a paper cup that I ended throw away. I thought Starbucks would probably be a waste to be friendly. Even if it's in a grocery store.

Didn't expect much of this Starbucks Tbh, but it was so beautiful! The two guys who worked were amazing. The guy who made the drinks was nice and the guy who made the drinks made them so good! One of the best starbucks ever. Thank you.

Some of the baristas need to be better trained on the terms (such as that a frappe is not room temperature flavor put in a cup with large ice cubes) but other baristas do great!
